PREPARATION:
At bar: For a tasty and hot Thomas Enkelana cappuccino cup, mix the contents of the sachet, sugar (as per your preference) and milk 125-150ml. Blend and bring the content to boil in the espresso machine steam.
At home: Boil around 125-150ml milk in a small pot. Pour 4-5 tablespoons of the milk into the cappuccino powder and mix them vigorously. This will stimulate foam formation when you add the remaining milk.
Store in cool and dry places.
