PREPARATION:

At bar: For a tasty and hot Thomas Enkelana chocolate cup, mix the contents of the sachet, sugar (as per your preference) and milk 125-150ml. Blend and bring the content to boil in the espresso machine steam until the consistency becomes creamy.

At home: Empty a dark chocolate sachet into a pot filled with milk (125-150ml) and mix them well. Bring them to boil for some minutes until the consistency becomes creamy.

 

Store in cool and dry places.
