Cocoa powder 10-12% fat
PREPARATION: For a tasty and hot Thomas Enkelana cocoa cup, mix 1 teaspoon of cocoa, 1-2 teaspoon of sugar (as per your preference) and hot water or milk (around 120ml). Blend and bring them to boil for 2-3 minutes until the consistency becomes creamy. You can also enjoy it as a cold drink with milk and ice cubes using a shaker.
OTHER USES: Thomas Enkelana cocoa can be used also for the preparation of sweets, pudding, ice cream, chocolate, etc. preserving the original flavor of cocoa.
The optimum storage conditions are at 15-20°C in a clean, dry, dark, well-ventilated area, away from strong odors.
